CEO & Co-founder of Eromonsalem Consulting & Marketing

THEOPHILUS AIKHUELE popularly called (THEO), a Project Management Professional and entrepreneur, is co-founder of Eromonsalem Consulting & Marketing, an international consultancy delivering technology, project management, and business advisory services.

Currently serving as CEO and chairperson of Eromonsalem Consulting & Marketing, overseeing its growth.

Passionate about the power of project management to produce positive transformation, his mission as a PMI Toronto Chapter Member and an entrepreneur startup Professionalis to raise the importance of issues such as governance of AI technology.

Before founding Eromonsalem Consulting and Marketing, he was director of Theorach Nigeria Limited for 7 years and 17 years of IT Agile project management at Inland Bank and Fin Bank experience at Management levels. He is acknowledged as a thought leader in project management and is an in-demand keynote speaker at conferences.

His academic background includes two degrees in Computer Science from the University of Lagos, an MBA in Marketing Management from Lagos State University, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Big Data Analytics from York University, Keele Campus, Toronto, Canada. He holds both PMI PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® certifications and is a Professional Scrum Master™ and Google Cloud Digital Leader™ and a host of other certifications.

He enjoys sharing practical entrepreneurial and project management skills with students of all ages, volunteering to train upcoming PMI professionals mostly (Pro Bono). Despite this, his familynotes his tendency to serve and provide Servant Leadership to fellow professionals and the immediate family and community.
